BFR Turns & Maintenance
Renters can experience the comfort of a home without the stress of flooring maintenance and so can our clients. We don’t just install flooring during the construction of a build for rent home. We have developed a concerige like experience for resident occupied homes. Performing repairs in resident occupied homes is what PF&TCO refers to “maintenance”. We anticipate our clients needs by keeping enough inventory in our warehouses across the country so they are prepared fast-turn around repairs. This decreases cost by avoiding total replacements due to incremental damage if materials become discontinued or not available.
Co-founded first local Rental Home Council
WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 9, 2022) – The National Rental Home Council (NRHC) announced the formation of its first local chapter, the North Carolina Rental Home Council (NCRHC). The chapter brings together leaders from North Carolina’s single–family rental (SFR) home industry, uniting North Carolina SFR industry stakeholders to network, share best practices, and engage on policies impacting the state’s single–family rental home market. The NCRHC will serve members with industry–specific educational and social opportunities, business benefits and recruiting tools, and other services not currently available at the local level for those in the SFR industry.
