We “Stack Up” when it comes to Single Family Rental

We offer a unique, high volume buying experience with a process that results in operational efficiencies to allow our SFR clients to get the most out of their homes for their renters and investors alike. We understand the Single Family Rental business and have installed over 10,000 flooring requests in this industry alone since 2008.

Installation Starts
Installation Completion
We pride ourselves on having tradesman that can start a rehab and complete it quickly without comprising quality. Our SFR managers, estimators, & field supervisors work strictly in the SFR division of our business making them specialists and not generalists in this industry specific offering
Quality Control Walk/Punch
All properties are walked by our field supervisors and completion photos databased in our CRM, uploaded to our clients portals if required and sent to the project manager to communicate job completeness.
Case Management
Although we are great at SFR flooring, we don’t pretend to be perfect. We embrace failure at PF&TCO with accountability and taking responsibility quickly. We use a case management system that documents all failures in our workflow. Each job starts with an admin building it in custom CRM. The admin then assigns to an estimator with instructions. The estimator completes a measure/take-off and then uploads their data from the field to the quoting and scheduling desk respectfully. Finally, the warehouse loads out the install. When a new case is opened and completed in our system we actually research and assign blame which we call accountability. Weekly the SFR team participates in a “Lesson Learned” meeting to identify which department was at fault so we don’t squander a coach able or trainable moment. Our team determines if the problem was an isolated issue with discussion and collaboration. The outcome of this weekly meeting is agreements on process development or change, personal accountability or attitude coaching and development at which point failure becomes a success.
Law of Scalability
We are able to scale with our clients bulk real estate buys. We have access to a large labor pool combined with warehousing to support the increase needed during those times.
Subject Matter Experts
We are proactive providing real-time feedback to our customers in an effort to protect the longevity of the product and services that we offer SFR companies. If we think that there is a product that is better suited to use as opposed to the current product specified, we work with our customer to supply all the valuable information to help assist with making these decisions. We host team building events with product knowledge content for continued education in regards to emerging flooring technology and best installations practices.
Distribution & Purchasing Power
Our Purchasing department continually nurtures and develops relationships with all major manufacturers to align PF&TCO as a strategic partner for all of our clients. We have strong relationships specific to Armstrong, MSI, Mannigton, Mohawk, Shaw and Dreamweaver. We will work with SFR customers to ensure forecasts and fulfillment.
